The damage was over a stair case and because of the height, very difficult to get to. LPZ had the correct scaffolding and other equipment to reach the damage and repair it as should be. "In January, I came home to fifteen feet wide of water flowing out of my garage. As I ran into the house I was shocked to see several inches of water on the floor of my kitchen and laundry room. The water was pouring all over my new cabinets, soaking the walls, ceiling and flowing into the garage. I was devastated to see my newly remodeled home in such disarray. I called the insurance company and they suggested I call one of their ?preferred? restoration companies. I didn?t even think that I could choose who came to my house since they were paying for it so I setup the appointment which wasn?t until the next evening. I couldn?t believe I had to wait a whole day to start the cleanup. About an hour later I called a friend who explained to me that I could choose who I want to come and do the cleanup. He gave me the number of Dustin at Advanced Drying. I called Dustin and he said he could be over to assess the damage that evening. Less than a few hours later he showed up and got started. He was very detailed oriented. He went over everything with us so we would understand what the cleanup would entail. He assured us that the cleanup part would be painless. The next day his crew showed up ready to demo. They put down plastic covers to protect the floors and cleaned up every inch of garbage and dust. They were very courteous and kind to my husband and I, our children, and our animals. They took care of everything and made it very comfortable for us.

I hope I never have another flood but if I did, I would definitely use Advanced Drying again. They are the best in the business and customer service is their number one priority. You can?t go wrong with Dustin and his crew.

"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Ken and his team did an excellent job replacing a deck for us. They were responsive to our requests and good at problem solving for the several obstacles they came across in the rebuilding process. Ken did a lot of research to find a real wood decking called Thermory which is lightweight, cool to walk on, comparable in cost to composite decking but much more beautiful and maintenance-free. They only worked morning hours due to the intense summer heat so the project too a bit longer than expected but worth the wait for quality work. (They demolished the existing deck, installed and sealed new joists and installed metal flashing to prevent future wood rot, replaced stucco columns for the fencing to attach to, repaired stucco that was falling off the fascia board of the deck, painted the stucco and fencing, and cut and installed the Thermory decking.) His team was very pleasant to work with. KW is licensed, bonded and was insured for the job. We are very pleased with the job they did. Excellent carpentry!"

"I had water damage at my home early this year. I called California Restoration for an estimate and service. The majority of the work was completed satisfactorily, however there were some tasks that took longer than expected. Overall they did a decent job."
