"The lights look great. Installation seemed to go well until I turned on the irrigation system. There were 3 huge leaks from the digging, that they didn't tell me about. My husband and I had to repair them over a very hot weekend. I give kuddos to the company though. When I called Monday to tell them about the leaks, we came to an agreement and the company reimbursed us for our work of the repair. They were nice about it. He said they had people on call and I could've called over the weekend, but I didn't think landscaping companys had people on call."

The owner Julian keeps promising to come over and fix it but never shows up! UPDATE 08/03/2021: Julian did come back and fixed everything. Will use again."

The owner responded to our initial call within 24 hours and visited within a week to discuss what services we needed. He was booked six weeks out, but he manages his calendar well and is able to keep his commitments. He called a few days prior to the service date to re-confirm, visited our home the day before the service to show his crew what to do, and then provided the service as scheduled. Moreover, the foreman and crew were respectful, prompt, thorough, professional, and -- even more wonderful -- kind and compassionate. "Matt and Luis are the best! I requested a quote on a Saturday night. They were at my house on Sunday, came up with fabulous design ideas and began work on Monday! They always had at least 3 guys working and finished in less than 8 days. They designed the entire backyard, added turf, lighting, a large paver patio for a pergola and a paver path around the side of the house. We picked out our plants and they finished up! I highly recommend them. They were super friendly, professional and the paver work was performed in a very exacting manner. "Luis and his crew did an amazing job on our yard! They removed 43-year-old railroad ties and all of the decorative rock in the front and back yards. They built masonry planter boxes and steps in the backyard, and a masonry planter box in the front yard. They ran irrigation through the planter box in the backyard and installed outdoor lighting in both the front and back yards. I wanted a more modern look to go with the 1970’s architecture and Luis listened and made welcome suggestions. We’re beyond pleased with the results and give Luis and his crew our highest recommendation!"
