From the initial inspection and estimate to the completion of work, Dan Thatcher and his crew were professional, polite, and considerate of us and our property. We were promised the best roof possible, and after seeing the application of seven layers of material, we're sure we got it. The work began and ended as scheduled, and the crew were hustling from the minute they arrived until the end of their day, except for a few brief minutes when they noticed our dog had worked its way out of the dog run and they came off the roof to retrieve the beast. "About 2 years ago we had Allstate Roofing we do our tile part of our roof with a new underlayment and they did a great job. So when we needed to get our built up roofing areas done we felt good about having them back since the first experience was very good. Allstate Roofing applied a silicone roof sealer to our built up roof areas. One of the areas was the garage and our a/c unit sits on the garage roof. When Chad came out initially he noticed that the area around the a/c unit needed to be re-coated and underneath of it as well as all of the garage roof and the patio roof. Chad did a great job in coordinating their roof re-coating with the a/c contractor that needed to move the a/c unit temporarily so the coating could be done underneath of it. Chad had told us that since he knew we would be without a/c and it was getting very hot that they would do their best to get it scheduled in ASAP, which they did. The same day that the a/c unit was moved Allstate Roofing came out about an hour after the a/c contractor was done and applied the roof re-coat where the a/c unit was and around it. Then Chad had coordinated the a/c contractor to come back later in that same day and put the a/c unit back and hook it up. We really appreciate Chad, the owner of Allstate Roofing and his crew getting the re-coating done and the fact that the a/c unit was hooked back up and running later on that same day. "Fantastic. They arrived early to start their day, worked seamlessly and completed on the projected time. When I called for an estimate Lance came over within an hour to inspect the project. He said he would do it and it would only take 3 days. The crew he sent was polite, professional and mindful. Each day when they left you couldn't even tell they were in the yard. They let me know when they were here to start the project and when the finished for the day. They made sure I was kept informed every step of the way with regard to the project and its progress. If I ever need roof repair or inspection this is the company, I will call first."

"The proposal submitted was very clear, listed the specific products to be used and detailed the costs (including listing any possible additional costs). <br>When I had questions or issues that I needed to have resolved regarding the proposal I got a quick and clear response.  The owner was willing to explain in detail what they would do and how they would do the work. <br>They were able to start work promptly (no problems scheduling for a reasonable date to start) and they were on time every day.   <br>Each day work was completed leaving the roof in a safe condition and water tight.  Each day everything was cleaned up nicely.  Some materials were left on site overnight with my permission, but they were all cleared up and out of the way. <br>The quality of materials used and the quality of the work met or exceeded my expectations and were better than I had seen done by previous roofers. <br>The roofs were completed in four days and about an hour of the fifth day (I was told to expect it to take all week).   <br>As an extra bonus, workers did not have music playing all day (I was expecting this and wasn't going to complain, but I think it shows extra consideration for the customer that you frequently don't find from construction crews). <br>This was not the lowest bid I got, but I will still give them full marks for price given the quality of the work.  All work was done for the original quoted price with no added charges. <br> <br>"

"We had Brooksaire come out to diagnose and repair on non-functional old self-contained Rheem 3 ton unit the cools one sectrion of our house. We had had our usual company out to diagnose the unit, which was cooling only sporadically, and they could find nothing wrong in two separate service calls--they said probably the unit was getting so old it was overheating and that there wasn't anything we could do to fix it. Brooksaire found a bad connector (the cause of the intermitttent cooling) and a cracked fan blade. They came back the next day (a Saturday) and replaced those, and added a pound of coolant (which the other company had said we did not need) and now the old unit is working great even in the recent very hot weather. Also: they returned my original call within a few minutes, were able to come out to diagnose the next day, and completed the repair the following day. They are great with phone messages and also send confirmations of appointments via email (promptly) which is very reassuring. From what I've seen so far, they are a terrific company, and I plan to use them for all heating/cooling service and repair. One other reviewer mentioned that Brooksaire was able to quickly diagnose and repair a unit that another company had been unable to repair; it's because of that report that I called them, and I had an identical experience. So far: the best!"

"Went perfectly. Work performed over 5 days; first 3 days redid roof (working in mornings to avoid afternoon rains); final 2 days for two coatings of elastomeric material. The supervisor, Pedro, knew his job, worked hard. Every crew member knew their job and did it under high temperature conditions.  <br /> They cleaned the worksite each day. <br /> When they were done, I had solar panels and a solar pool heater installed; the company returned afterwards to take care of dings made by pool heater installer. <br /> Cannot imagine what the company that bid twice as much would have done differently. I am most happy. <br />"
