Clay arrived early for our bid/ estimate and he was very informative of both the process and possible remedies for our issues. We needed a team to complete artificial turf, replant arborvitae privacy trees and add a drip line off the existing plumbing, fix a retaining wall, add a drain pipe, remove unsafe landscape timber stairs and replace with paver steps, fix a fence door that was placed too high, and level a side yard. Not only did they complete the job in six working days, they communicated effectively along the way, presented various options for finishes of both the turf and the pavers, and also sourced replacement emerald green arborvitae that the previous landscaper incorrectly planted, which led to their death, and they planted them in a professional manner. They were respectful of our space and were informative every step of the way. Edson's team was very prompt everyday, courteous, and cleaned up the worksite every evening. Clay was always effective in communication, which seems to be the most challenging part of having contact with any contractor.
