They were professional, on time, and explained the whole process before starting. They protected our landscaping, cleaned up everything after the job, and the price was very fair for the quality of work. You can tell they really care about doing things the right way. "They went in, cleaned the home and for some bizarre reason decided to peel the label of a 2 day old dryer with a razor blade.... Entire front damaged... Then refused to pay, then willing to pay half. We bought our client the dryer $900, now will file against their liability insurance/Bond if needed. FYI, NOW FOUND OUT NO INSURANCE OR BOND ON THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE..."

"Terrible experience with Earvin today. Agreed to call to confirm a time, but received no call. When I called to follow up we agreed a time (1245), then I received a text to say that the new time was 245pm. I texted to ask if this was confirmed and was told that it may be better if I found an outfit closer to my home. Punchline: after 3+ hours and several exchanges carrying his commitment, he texts me to cancel and apologize. I asked him if there?s anything he can do to make things right, but he didn?t respond or return my follow up call. Just a bad business experience. Sounded like a nice guy but this is shady business practice, at best. Do not recommend."
