"When I called, the woman that answered really needed some phone etiquette. She answered the phone with a and quot;Helloand quot;, but didn't say that it was Paul's plumbing. I had to ask as this was the first time I'd ever called and she acted like I was putting her out by calling. She asked me a couple questions but when I answered, I heard nothing from her. I asked if she was still there and she replied that she was writing things down. She said she would have someone call me before they came over (didn't give me a day or time) and hung up the phone.
