We have sub-contractors that we use for things out side our expertise. We have done this kind of work for 30 years altho we have only been in business since May / 2008. We give free estimates. We are more suited to smaller jobs but would have to look at each situation individually. Our motto is "No job's too small". We will work by bids or time and materials. Our jobs to date have included everything from cleaning 50 feet of gutter (1 hr.) to installing 4500 square feet of suspended ceiling track and panels (347 hrs.). We mainly operate out of Jefferson, Jennings, Switzerland, and Ripley Counties in southeastern Indiana but have worked in Carrollton, Ky. and as far away as Dayton, Oh. We do remodeling or new construction also residential or light commercial. Indiana does not require a license for general contracting but we do have a state business license, a city permit for cities requiring such, and liability insurance.
