He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!"
