"*** DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! *** They arrived nearly 5 hours late for my 11:30AM move time. I was told that they 'had a previous job that was running long' by Chester (via telephone) but it was clear when they arrived, they had just grabbed the last Ryder truck from the rental lot ( 16' truck - TOO SMALL), did not bring tool kit as requested , only brought 20 moving blankets, no packing tape, and ran out of plastic wrap. They sent 3rd mover to get supplies. Was away for an hour, brough back nothing. Never acted with any urgency. Movers stated several times that my move was misquoted (Chester), like the one earlier in the day (indicating a trend). Move lasted near 12 hours, concluding after 4AM. I had to rescue these guys because their truck battery drained because they left the headlights on. Luckily I had a jump-pack in my car. About a week later, I received a $100 fine from the HOA for moving after 11PM. They wanted to change me 2x orig price."

"* 75 minutes late * Truck was too small * They only brought (2) two wheelers * We had to loan them OUR moving cart * Extremely poor loading procedure * We asked the company prior to the move if they?d be bringing blankets and/or padding, and they confirmed it. They showed up with 2 blankets. They stacked wood on wood causing scratches. They stacked wood onto metal causing scratches * We asked the movers repeatedly to be careful but they somehow failed to comprehend simple instructions, and they kept being rough with our belongings, continuing to slam things. * We ultimately had to join in on the labor of moving things in order to try to protect our belongings. The 2 movers that were present were not properly trained to move furniture. It was really odd and unbelievable. The experience was very stressful. The company never apologized for being late and showed no remorse over how the move went."

"Went amazing!!!! Only place that was open late (past 7 or 8 pm) so I was able to call them and schedule a moving job next morning!!! Had a crew of two and they did amazing!!! Were able to move my heavy floor length tri-fold mirror (over 100 pounds) and my reclining/lift chair (also very heavy). Their base rate for 2hrs was more reasonable than a lot of other companies that quoted. Super fast, didn't loli-gag to charge you more, great communication, nice, and able to work well in heat and with no elevator to help!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend."
