"Carolyn î î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ î ¸ just now NEW For serious carpentry -- cedar siding replacements & repairs, window ledges given new PVC replacments, deckboard replacements & repairs and new deck stain job plus new oil primer, and new Paint with Sherwin Williams Latitude, I would give Sam & his crew plus Vini & his painting crew outstanding 5 star rating. Sal Ferreira who oversaw the whole Project and his crew members did things the right way. Pre-Primed cedarsiding was used and other areas scraped to the bare wood were also oil primed before 2 coats of Latex Latitude was applied to the body of the house, as well as exterior window and door frames & doors using 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald High Reflective Gloss White after they were also primed, sanded, and then painted the right way. First time ever this has been done the RIGHT WAY. PLUS, they protected all the windows from any spray painting, roller painting, and brush painting done too, the RIGHT WAY. Clearly, they paid attention to detail. And 12 window ledges were replaced with permanent White PVC to stop future water damage problems of rot to the wood sections framing the outside windows. And PVC also permanently replaced the garage door woodsiding uprights that were splitting from snow and water damage done over the past 18 years. The attention to detail these men have is amazing!!! They did a phenomenal job and still did outstanding work in an intense 4 day heatwave. Did keep them well supplied with fresh Frozen Spring Water bottles which they could apply to their necks to stay cool and drink it once it was drinkable. Out of 4 different painting crews over the years, RP PRO Painting & Contracting clearly are the best. When few areas needed touchup, Sal pointed it out to them and it got done right! They worked on the home and did the right repairs and overall painting as if it were their own home, garage, & deck being worked on. THANK YOU for doing such a phenomenal job!! Even our family dogs were impressed and love the new look along with those who have seen you work done here. MANY THANKS and God Bless you."
