"My experience with Oliver and New Age Masonry was excellent from beginning to end. I knew from the 3 or 4 quotes that I got for my tuckpointing project that he would be my choice based on his price and experience. Oliver is honest, very experienced, easy to do business with, and he delivered on what he promised. The day of the project, he showed up on time, early in the morning got busy and just plain got the job done. He matched the mortar as best as possible for a 51 year old house. He grinded and patched all of the holes that were drilled in to the mortar by the previous owner (there were a lot), he grinded and patched areas where the mortar had crumbled away, he reset some stone window ledges that were loose, he cut out and replaced some bricks that were damaged as well, matching the bricks pretty well. He stopped and answered my questions when I asked them and his partner was very focused and worked hard. Oliver even gave me tips on how to clean my brick. I am extremely happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs brick work done. I have peace of mind now knowing that my brick work is repaired. "J&P was great to work with. Juan was very responsive to my emails and all my questions. He made good recommendations to improve our landscaping but wasn’t pushy. He got us on the schedule quickly, and the work was done promptly. In three days they had installed a new brick paver wall, completely reset and properly leveled our paver patio, trimmed/cleaned up all planting beds and put down new mulch. They even built a small pathway in our garden with our leftover brick. His team was professional and quick! Pricing was competitive. "We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"

"Excellent! Brandon gave me a very fair and timely quote and his team did a great job. If I could give 10 stars, I would ! Brandon was on site daily and very responsive to my suggestions/ minor alterations in placement of stones etc. His crew was punctual, polite finished on time and cleaned up thoroughly . They went above and beyond in trimming a few overhanging branches, getting every last weed out, suggesting how to place the last 4 boulders esthetically in my flower beds and moved / stored some extra sand from beach area for future use. Brandon’s quote was identical to another I had taken, with a few bonus boulders and a small discount at my request. I would definitely use them again and recommend to neighbors."
