Erzsebeth is nice, professional and very responsive. She's also very flexible in term of what area I like to clean every time. Communication/scheduling (through texting) with her is very easy and fast. Her crew did an excellent job cleaning my place the last 2 times. I hope they keep up the good work going forward.
I am very OCD. I have tried many cleaning companies including MyClean, HomeJoy, etc. but I was never completely satisfied with the work. They always miss something and most areas would never be as clean as if I would have done it myself. It's not the case with Erzsebeth. I am very very happy with the cleaning. The house is spotless! I love to have it clean twice a month now (because it's so clean), but I won't be able to afford it. She's definitely my go-to cleaner now and I'll refer her to my friends and coworkers. The price is definitely not the cheapest. It's fair, and definitely worth it. My only concern is that she's not using the same crew the last 2 times, but I haven't had any problems. I trusted her :) Hopefully we keep having a good relationship going forward. Thank you for great service!

"I am so happy with L&v cleaning service I don't know where to start. Vanessa came to my home to introduce herself and tell me about L&V cleaning service. The first cleaning was a deep clean. They did everything that a deep cleaning involves. What I didn't expect was that the oven would be done inside. Well it was and it now sparkles. I have hard wood throughout and ceramic bthrm floors. After the job was done I walked through the house in bare feet and it really felt clean. So I wet a white paper towel and wiped a spot on the floor to check how clean it was and the paper towel had no dirt on it! I've had my homes cleaned for many years but my floors have never been this clean. Their pricing is more than fair, their work ethic is impeccable and they are really nice people! I am so happy I found Luis and Vanessa!"
