"Sousa Fine Floors did a great job refinishing our wide pine floors. The price was very reasonable and the job and my dealings with them were friendly and professional. The floors look better than when new. I would definitely recommend them."

"Great! Very professional, fast response and very nice job!"

"Quick, professional, and on time. Got the job fine sooner than expected. Great quality. Would hire again and recommend."

"Gave a much higher square footage for the project quote than another contractor and myself measured. When asked they lowered the sq ft without explaining why it was high the first time. The actual company that did the floor - hollywood wood floors - were amazing. Knew their stuff, including the species of the wood, which the person who did the quote incorrectly identified. I chose them because we had a quick timeline, got a cheaper quote that would have been too late for our move in schedule."

"Very professional and showed up quick to do the job, I was impressed and very pleased with the job"

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"Excellent workmanship & VERY reasonably priced"

"Justin Jones worked with a small construction company who we hired to renovate our 50 year old summer cabin into a four season home. The subject of "What work did you need done?" In this review doesn't begin to cover the project's work. (New roof on addition, sub flooring, cedar shake siding, tongue and groove panelling and more)When he took the lead on the renovation, he produced the results we sought. Justin was attentive to our plans and concerns as well as the sole member who showed up on time, worked independently, and gave us professional results. We would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone seeking quality work."
