"Great communications. Was there on time. Took about 3.5hrs. He did show me pictures but, to be honest his glass cover is so cracked/shattered it's hard to see the image very well. I overheard them on the phone about their next appointment so I think they were in a rush. They forgot to do my free dyrer vent cleaning until last minute when I pointed it out. I had to take some of the plastic off the returns they forgot as well I had to point out a couple access points they cut out in the metal of the HVAC that needed new covers. Overall not bad, but I feel if you are not there to supervise some things may get overlooked."

But they did not waste any of my time. Gave me a few options as far as getting a new boiler and even wanted to help me out and give me a discount on a new one. I chose to invest a little extra money and get an entire new HVAC system installed. They didn't charge me for the previous days work (I don't believe) and rounded everything off to a solid number that worked well for both of us. I was able to do financing with 0% interest for 5 years!!! Woohoo! I was thrilled at this point. <br>This all happened on a Friday and they started immediately the following Monday morning. They even provided me with a few space heaters (free of charge) to keep me warm during the weekend (they offered, I did not ask). They installed a brand new furnace and air conditioner along with all new duct work, as well as a brand new electric water heater. They got everything done in 2 days. I am absolutely ecstatic!! They were very professional and every person that I spoke with exceeded my expectations! I would 100% recommend Town and Country Services! They will get the job done and they actually care about their customers wants and needs! <br> <br>Thank you Town and country! "great , listened to what we wanted , put in ecobee thermostat with remote sensor . our 110 year old 4 square house has never been so easily cooled and evenly cooled . his knowledge of a couple things to correct in duct work was great . our electric bill has been half what it was the last three summers . came back once to check in person and see if we had any guestions after a couple weeks of the system running . actuallylooking forward to our nicor bill this winter , old furnace only 50 percent efficient . would suggest using them any time .. work was done fast and guick and professionally. completed in one day morning ."
