"I mentioned to a trusted acquaintance that I was looking to have the exterior of my house painted and he referred me to Leo's Painting LLC. I had an opportunity to look at the paint job on their home, which Leo had completed recently, and was extremely impressed. I called to request an estimate and Leo came out personally that evening to inspect our house. The price he provided was very fair, and he provided assurance that the price would not change. He was able to start the job within a couple of weeks, and did fantastic work from start to finish. There was a great deal of prep work which was done meticulously. Our home was power washed, rotten boards were replaced and primed. Flaking paint was scraped away. All cracks and crevices were re-caulked. The paint job itself was a fantastic finished product. Leo first helped us pick our colors, and he and his crew made sure that every surface shined. Multiple coats were applied where needed. Leo's goal is to make sure that his job lasts, and I know that exterior painting is something that I can cross off our list for many years to come. I would recommend Leo's Painting LLC to anyone."

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results.  It was a big job and at times seemed very invasive but this could not be helped.  They had a lot of workers in my house every day for 7 straight days. The only thing I would fault them on is quality of prepping surfaces, minor details, etc.  I was disappointed to have to have them redo a ceiling and some wall areas and come back to fix a closet door.  I would have hoped they could have done a thorough walk-through after they were done looking for details without me pointing them out.  That being said, they were quick to return and fix any problems I pointed out. <br />"

"Phillip and Bob came out same day, located the area of the roof that was leaking and fixed it. They are to send me an estimate to fix the plaster ceiling where the leak was. They were both very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future, to replace our roof or anything else."

"I had ordered a night stand and he came in and put it together. he put two screws on the outside of the nightstand, making two big visible holes. He said he would fix it, he admitted to using the wrong screws. I paid for this, and it was his mistake, and my furniture. I told him I wasn't going to accept this. I got my money back from the night stand, and the assembly fee. The screws catch on both drawers, so they won't go in."
