"Hired them to redo my bathroom. 120-year-old house where nothing is square. They came in and worked with me to get what I wanted. I was extremely happy with all the options they showed me and m just over the moon at the results. Felice did all the planning and helped me pick out the colors and options that I wanted and her crew led by Caleb came in and did an outstanding job. I absolutely couldn't be any happier and have hired them to re redo my attic next. They took that old run down bathroom and made it something that I'm smiling. Every time I look at it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on any project. We even changed plans a few times and they took it all in stride and just adjusted along the way. Extremely happy."

"Great experience from start to finish- professional, great communication, tidy install, and the door is gorgeous!"

"“Super happy with the work from Barrier Windows! We worked with Neil in measuring and ordering my mom’s window and he was awesome. The crew came out and completed the work in 1/2 day. My mom lives in an older home and was worried about any challenges the crew may encounter but the install went smooth. Neil was professional, friendly, truly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I recommend Barrier Windows.” Peggi Little"

"Mark Spencer checked our exterior door that had become difficult to lock and unlock. He identified possible solutions that we will try to pursue with the door installer. I wish we had used Legacy Window & Door when we had the door installed in 2015."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. The Home Improvement Co. will be first on our list for consideration. Thank you, Matt, Kevin, and Rueben, for a job well done."

"He came to my mom's new house and hung a new door that has a doggy door for her pets to go in and out to the backyard. Everything went really well and he was very nice. The project was tricky because of how the door fit the frame but he got everything up without issue. He was a little late arriving, but just had another appointment run over. Overall we would definitely hire him again!"
