Jon & Jed were our techs, and even though Jon was training the other tech , they stayed on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our home. "Shawne was able to perform both services, air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, both the same day, starting with duct cleaning and finishing with the carpets. He took extra precaution to make surge non of his hoses damaged the corners of my walls. He was very fast and very thorough. Shawne visually showed me the collection inside my duct work before and after and i couldn't believe the difference. With the Carpets, he completely exceeded my expectations. There were spots and stains i was nearly certain were not coming out, It was like my carpet had a second life. <br /> <br />"

"I looked at the website and the company appeared to be one I would be interested in.  I called for a price and was pleasantly surprised when they offered a discount.  I was scheduled within 2 weeks and on the day of the appointment the staff showed up late.  The carpet is fairly new <2 years at the time.  The carpet appeared to be clean for a few days but didn't smell as fresh or last as long as I had expected.  I also was disappointed to see that after the cleaning large dark shaded circles appeared in the [light] carpet which has never happened before.  I can't say for sure if the spots were from the actual cleaning but I do know that I have never spilled anything in those areas before. <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
