We’ve been paying for filters and were under the impression the company was changing the filters during our service appointments for 2 years now (4 visits total), only to discover the original filter still in the furnace (we had written the date on it when we first changed it ourselves after the build process). It makes us wonder what other services they said they were providing didn’t happen despite their word??? We have called and emailed customer service numerous times about this concern since December 1st, 2024, and now, 6 weeks later, we have still not gotten it resolved or even a simple apology. Do not promise something is being done and not do it … even worse … do not charge the customer for a service and not provide it … that is FRAUD! When a customer advises you of an issue, do what is right to correct it and, at the very least, apologize for the inconvenience."
