"The shower faucet was sticking and hard to turn. I wasn't sure if it needed replacing or fixing. I called around for estimates and Drain Genie gave me the best estimated price to fix. After talking to them, they determined that it was probably the cartridge and gave me a price. They were able to come out the next day. They gave me an estimated time of arrival and showed up within 15 minutes of that time. The two people were very friendly. They checked out the faucet and determined that the projected problem was the cartridge. They started right to work and had it replaced in @15 minutes. I appreciated their efficiency and politeness. They did a good job and made sure that they did the cleaning up after themselves that was needed. I would definitely go back to them if I have future plumbing needs."

"I noticed that the plumbing in one of my bathrooms was backing up and called Glenn Tatum. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.
