"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

"Can’t say enough about Rick and Karen, they are knowledgeable, thorough and very reasonably priced!!!! Will use them every year and will highly recommend to my neighbors. Best service providers I have found since moving to Louisville 17 yrs ago. They only charge 69.00 to clean the vent out from beginning to end. Best money spent because the vent was a disaster waiting to happen."
