"This company, 12 Figure Consultations, came to my house and gave me a quote. Simple job, rake up all the sticks, take up the old mulch and put down the new. I gave them deposit. When they returned for the job, they did half of it, and then said they wanted more money than the original proposal to finish it - 2 times more. When I disagreed to pay 2 times more money, they started arguing with me, telling me I am liar, and behaving aggressively that I feared for my safety. Then his partner was following me around my yard and telling me he liked me and asking if I liked him! I was very afraid for my safety and I told them to just go away, because not only I was afraid for my safety, but their shoddy business practices so disrespectful, give one price, do half the job, then demand more money than the original to finish. I told them take their trailors and just to leave but they wouldn't. Finally I started raking it myself, and then I paid them the more money just to get them to go away. When they drove away, the workers skidded his tires in the grass in my yard and went speeding down the street. Then he drove around the street 3 times. I still fear for my safety and even afraid to write this review."

Rather, from the beginning of a project, bluehouse develops a solid relationship based upon open communication among all parties. bluehouse actively guides the client through all the stages of design, from the initial meeting where the project parameters are defined, through creating the schematic design and developing completed construction/permit drawings.
"I came to Melissa & Bluehouse a number of years ago as I couldn't visualize the layout to accomplish my goals in what began as a kitchen remodel. Melissa's impeccable handling of my project from the word "go" is nothing but an understatement! Each and every detail I listed from want's & desires to fears & concerns were addressed. Living up to her word every step of the way, Melissa addressed my list while pointing out elements I hadn't thought of. She was aware of my limits and not only kept her bottom line under control, but she didn't design anything out of our budget. Considering we were on track to break ground in the spring of 2020, when Covid hit & supply chains derailed our start, Melissa was poised to do whatever needed to be done. In the end, rising costs & limited supply led us to delay construction until Jan. '23. I could not imagine the room as it is now. They were always professional, friendly and extremely efficient. "We choose Bunting home improvement to remodel our kitchen and are so happy we did! Buzz was so pleasant,patient and professional to work with and gave us so many suggestions to make our kitchen just what we wanted. Mark and Dan are a great team. They worked meticulously taking down the dropped ceiling and putting up drywall,adding a bulked around the kitchen and displaying the transum and framing it. They plastered and sanded everything and then painted the whole kitchen.They put plastic up over the cabinets and appliances and zippered doorways to minimize the mess. Before leaving every nite they would put the plastic up so we could use our kitchen. They also did a great job putting in a new storm door(Buzz even picked it up from the store for us)! Buzz helped me select a ceiling fan which we love.They will also be putting in a new front storm door when it comes in. This team is awesome!!! they are friendly,accommodating,respectfull and punctual. We highly recommend them. "
