"A crew of three arrived about as scheduled. They removed the old wall oven and then started to push in the new one. The old oven have a couple of 1" wood risers for it to fit well. They did not remove those. They forced in the new over and had to cut a bit of the top panel above the oven. They forced in the new oven. This left a gap at the bottom. When I asked them to fix that, they said then the gap would be at teh top. I paid them, they left. I checked the next day at Home Depot, and they can readily drop the over about 1" with no gap. Worse, I then discovered when they forced in the oven, the bottom support cracked. I contacted them, and they said they would come fix it, but I have not heard from them since."
