"Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."

"I highly recommend this service! I had an emergency situation in which I was very distraught. Bridget was very professional and patient and was very attentive to my situation. She sent her best worker out to my home and he was very thorough. He cleaned and went back over some areas without being asked to be sure my home was dust free! I have severe allergies so this was very important for me. He was very polite and made sure to place things back where they were. He put my mind at ease reassuring me that he would get the job done and HE DID!!! My house was a DYI project gone wrong and we had dust from sanding the ceiling EVERYWHERE! Please use them, you wo t regret it. Thanks again for helping me through my crisis. I will most definitely call on you all again. Best cleaning service ive ever used."

"After reading mixed reviews, I decided to give Michelle a try as she was the only person I called that said she was willing to clean the grout in my floors and baths. She arrived on time, and she worked non-stop for close to 6 hours. She did a great job. My bathroom has never been so clean. The grout in my kitchen floor was very clean! She did windowsills, baseboards, etc. I will definitely be hiring her again and recommending her. She explained that she got the bad reviews after she was in a bad accident, and was not 100% recovered."
