"My driveway was well overdue for replacement When I bought my house nine years ago, but like many people I’m sure, it never rose to the top of my budget to do list. Finally, this year decided I had to bite the bullet. I got quotes from a number of companies, but BK & Sons offered the best price for the job with the changes I wanted (wider apron, reshaped parking area, etc) and the features I felt we’re important (10” of sub base, 2x 2” layers of asphalt vs 1 single 4” layer). My new driveway is so much better than I could have imagined. It’s laser straight where it once dipped and sagged, but they even improved the overall grade of my hill by raising up sections and lowering others to have a more consistent slope rather than a low spot and steep section.
