As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Joses crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. Also Brian the QC inspector was professional in performing his oversite to ensure me that my neighbors home was as good or better than when the roof work was started. "I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price. "Very professional and a fair price! I received a straightforward Proposal estimate in a timely fashion. Ivan and his crew were on time, diligent, and they paid careful attention to detail. Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."

"Project Mgr. Chris Burton was excellent to work with. Very responsive. He told us that it would take about 8 weeks for the windows to come in. I called the office after 8 weeks and the windows were in. Odd that no one had called me to tell me this. But we were able to set up the installation date very quickly. All the work was done in one day by the foreman, Jan, and one helper. They were very neat in removing the old windows. No mess was left outside and the outside capping looks very nice. Windows were installed neatly and caulked on the inside. No carpentry or re-painting was required by me at all. The windows look like they have always been there. For the money they seem to be of good quality. Floors and carpets didn't appear to be tarped completely during the installation. The new windows were cleaned after installation. But I found it odd that they asked for my Windex rather than having their own. They vacuumed somewhat at the end of the day. But I had to wash footprints off my kitchen floor and do a lot of sweeping and vacuuming around entrance doors and under the windows after they left. That said, it seemed like a small price to pay for the price and quality of the new windows and installation. My wife and I are very happy with the way the project turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Thermal Quality Window and Door Co."
