"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. Would not hesitate to recommend or work with Pinnacle Roofing again."

Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"I am a fairly accomplished do it yourself. Siding, window replacement and kitchens however Iâ m advanced in years and I draw the line at roofing. I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. There were not sel cited based upon price but they did prove to be the best value. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. Their attention to detail and quality and pride in workmanship were exceptional. At the end of a long day they completely replaced my roof and everything weather related up there and than took extreme care to clean the entire worksite better than they found it. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"The whole experience from beginning to end was pleasant, including them having to come back because they did not have the proper chimney liner on hand. They set up chimney caps on my main chimney and wood burning stove, as well as a new chimney liner in the main chimney. "Bob Laurendi and his Vandelay Roofing team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They were very responsive to my inquiry regarding my roofing needs, coming over and inspecting the existing roof within three (3) days of my first telephone call.  At that time, Bob explained the various options I should consider in installing a new (flat) roofing system, including cost variances and environmental considerations.  When I made my decision regarding the system I wanted, Bob told me he would have a formal quote to me within the week.
Less than a week later, Bob sent over his proposal and simple contract; I made one or two revisions to the specifications, which he readily accepted, and we scheduled the work for two or three weeks later.  Right on time, he and his crew called and advised me of their intent to start work the following day.  They worked over two (2) days, removing the old roofing system, repairing the wood sheathing where necessary, and installing the new TPO roofing system I had decided upon.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, photographing every aspect of their work for my review.
