"After several questionable cleaning services by this company and being overcharged, my short-term rental unit received two consecutive negative reviews. Despite my warning to Orlando Reyla, they did not correct the issues. This service does not have a way of checking on the work that is done for the units. Not to mention, they subcontract the work instead of employing the workers and pay them pennies on the dollar, expecting the work to be done properly. And now the kicker: Yesterday, I was supposed to have a check-in at 4 And now the kicker: Yesterday, I was supposed to have a check-in at 4. After noticing the cleaning did not get done on time, I tried reaching out to them several times to no avail. When I called their Los Angeles office, they reached out to St. Pete, and only then did they return to me via email. At 4:01 p.m., their response was that the cleaner had car issues and could not make it. Being oblivious to what happened with his business the entire day, Orlando did not bother calling me even after realizing what happened. When I asked to talk to him several times, he finally called and offered to provide cleaning the following day. I asked him how he would like to be the guest who goes to a vacation rental with dirty sheets, kitchen, and towels. I also asked him where his commitment was to his business. Orlando must not have liked what he heard, as he hung up the phone and cancelled all future services quicker than I could. I had to leave my son with neighbors on my only day, Sunday, and head to the unit to clean it myself as a responsible host and a business owner. I would caution anyone from giving business to this irresponsible person. For the record, I asked for a phone call from the company and have yet to hear from them. So it is not only Orlando but also the company that has a similar attitude towards its responsibilities."

"I have use Family Cleaning Service every two weeks for the last few years and they are wonderful. Great attention to detail, on time, fair pricing and always good about following any instructions about what needs to be cleaned in my home and my preferences. They don't mind/are very nice to my 3 small dogs. And whenever I've had them do extra projects like clean out the fridge, they've always done an excellent job. And as a bonus, my husband loves that they do with the cute little bows and flowers with the toilet paper and the tissue. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend them."
