On small jobs we do most of the building ourselves (we have two to three additional employees) and we use sub-contractors for our major site work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. There are charges for emergencies--water damage, fire, smoke damage, etc.--and for estimates that require travel more than 100 miles away from Tampa.
