"The business owner, Chase, was very professional in response to my need for remodeling two bathrooms. We reviewed the work to be performed, signed a contract, and the work began within days. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his. All issues Nick discovered during the project were quickly corrected to assure the finished project would meet and truthfully exceed our expatiations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of personal service. Lastly, a separate project arose during this remodeling. This project had nothing to do with the original project. Chase handled the matter, the repair, (shed roof) was completed in one day. Exceptional people who treat you like family."

"Reliable Property Solutions LLC is an excellent company. We had a major home renovation completed at a very reasonable cost. The renovation included every room in our home from the attic to the basement. We were able to have our 1st floor change to the open concept, and a powder room was also added to our 1st floor layout. A fourth bedroom was installed in our renovated basement. Believe me every inch of our home was renovated. There was not a room that did not receive some type of renovation. It s just like we re living in a brand new home. From the start to the finish we experience outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service that went beyond our expectation. Our needs for this major renovation was thoroughly discussed which included the design, construction, a detailed breakdown cost of labor and materials. All questions were thoroughly answered. Our newly renovated home is gorgeous and breathtaking. We have received so many compliments from people who have visit or seen pictures of our home. Long story short after he measured, sent me an estimate; we kept in touch when it would be in; we connected with a date to install; he was very professional, cleaned up behind himself. I will recommend him to anyone that has a sliding glass door or a window issue that is his specialty very reasonable on price.
