Window was mistakenly never ordered. Hey, mistakes happen and are only human! The team found an alternative window to install in the open space and immediately ordered the correct replacement. The replacement window arrived as scheduled and was promptly installed. The entire team handled this potentially ugly situation with class, professionalism, and sincere concern for our home. They are a class act. New windows look great."
