Eran listened to us very carefully about our needs, and made very good suggestions. There are some rules and regulations to remodel downtown condos. Eran did all the necessary things to comply with the building requirements. We were worry free! During the remodeling process Eran contacted us and visited the site daily. He resolved all the issues that come up right away. We are using our trash and recycle bins a lot, we need three bins put in(trash, recycle and bottles), he shopped all over San Diego to find the strong pullout bins to fit our space. His workers did every job carefully. Eran has a good, skilled and smart team. In the end we got this beautiful kitchen just what we wanted.
