"Showed up on time. I showed them where all my vents were and they explained their process. They also inspected my unit in the garage and made recommendations on getting that cleaned as well which was separate from the Deal. Gand G was great they went straight to work and as they cleaned each vent covering it with plastic around the hose to keep debris and dust from blowing out. My house was built mid-70's and they had never been cleaned before. They sucked all the dirt out and vacuumed up around the vent and the vent covers themselves.
They made sure to clean up after themselves which was great. Took about 1.5 - 2 hours to do all 10 vents and go through the unit in my garage to tell me where it could use extra cleaning. Very professional and nice. Would use them again if we decide to do the extra cleaning on unit in the garage. Nice to know that when my AC or heat is on I'm getting cleaner air coming through the vents now. Very satisfied with their work.
