"We are totally satisfied with Rick's consideration, knowledge, helpfulness, work performed and price. Highly recommended! During the big storm which is rare to San Diego, we had our first roofing company(NOT RC Roofing) come and put down a tarp. The roofer promised us that this will temperately stop the leak. But it didn't. When we called this roofer, he became VERY angry at us. I didn't know what to do, so I called a second roofer, which was RC Roofing, trying to see if they can come fix my roof. Rick replied my call right away. After evaluating the situation, he told me that they were so booked up because of this rare storm, so it probably would take them a longer time to be able to come fix my roof than this roofer, so Rick encouraged me to still hire this current roofer because he probably could fix my roof sooner. Rick's honesty and helpfulness helped me see that he truly puts customer's interest first, in stead of putting his own business first. A couple of days later, the storm returned. This first roofer promised us that he would try to find a time to come fix that tarp, so it does not leak anymore. He promised us this on Saturday. We waited until Tuesday, while the roof was leaking everyday as much as before he put that tarp on. Then I called him and left a message, politely asking when he plan to return. The next day, he called my tenant who lives in this leaking house, used curse words and told her that he would NOT come back to fix it. We were all SO shocked by his rudeness! I immediately started to look for other roofers, including RC Roofing. This time, Rick quoted me a very competitive price, and a 3 year warranty on his workmanship. More importantly, when I told Rick that my tenant needs the work to be done ASAP, he promised me that he would finish the work at the latest on 2/14, yet two days later he managed to come fix my roof on 2/4 ! A Saturday, and it was 10 days earlier than his original plan! That was NOT easy, because all roofing companies are so booked up with jobs because of this storm, including RC Roofing. Rick really cares about his customer's interest and try as much as he can to help. We are very happy with our roof that RC Roofing has fixed, and the quality of service that they has provided us. We definitely would hire them again for any future roofing jobs. Thank you, Rick!"

He offered me a few options and also asked me if there were anything specific I wanted done. I basically described what I wanted and he curtailed his bid to what I was looking for at the best price. I liked the fact that he was honest and straight forward without playing any games or try and screw me over. In the end, I decided to get a whole new roof, down to even getting all new plywood. The men who came to work on the roof were competent and professional. They went to great lengths to only bother me when it was necessary. Everyday they made a mess but at the end of the day they would always clean it up. I thought they were very professional. Leon was not at my house everyday but he was always just a phone call away. He was very accessible. Once the work was completed, Leon and myself walked around the property and inspected the work. He made sure that I was completed satisfied before everything was finalized.
