"I've done a good amount of projects in LA and no matter how simple they start, they end up with their own degree of complexity. While I have come to appreciate that my own knowledge and research keeps my cost down and projects on track, working wtih Jesse eat Luxury Lifestyle Design & Development has made our experience so much more productive and cost efficient. Jesse and his team are response, available, professional and work with the same sense of urgency that we set on our projects. It's cliche, but they "Get it." I've done residential and commercial builds and remodels ranging from $50,000 to $750,000 and worked with a lot of firms, this has by far been the best experience we've had."

"I had a great experience working with Pacific Sands. The team was thorough, detail-oriented, and highly responsive throughout the process. What stood out most was their ability to combine technical accuracy with practical design solutions. They took the time to address questions, explain design considerations, and adjust details when needed — all without sacrificing quality or efficiency. Would definitely recommend!"

"Guy and his team were dedicated to this project, thoughtful about special design touches, and enjoyable to work with from beginning to end. We couldnâ t be happier with the way the bathroom turned out!"

"The owner Adam Yona is very kind and professional. Most importantly, Adam Yona is hard working and endeavors to help his client out. Adam showed up several times on site at the very beginning, in order to make the designs for the project the best and provide the MOST value to our mixed use building. Adam Yona cares about his project, and also his customer. Mr. Yona answers his phone, and is every easy to work with. Very happy that I found this design studio for this project."
