"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! "We had wanted to replace the ugly boxed lighting in our kitchen. Communication to set up appointment was excellent (fast responses) and we were able to schedule quickly (within a couple of days). Tom called to notify us he was on his way and arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The work area was draped and taped to minimize dust/debris, the floor was covered and the work done quickly and neatly. Wow, what a pleasure! We have a few other lighting projects and will definitely use their services again."

"Anthony and his Dad couldn't have more professional.  Anthony gave a very clear estimate outlining all work to be performed prior to service.  We selected City Lights over two other electrical contractors who were a little cheaper but City Lights came highly recommended by a friend who had recently done some work for us.  
We couldn't be happier with the job that City lights did!  They were prompt, courteous, and kept  a clean job site throughout the installation.  The emt/pipe bending that was required due to the nature of our patio cover got a little complicated but you wouldn't know it by how it turned out.  Anthony's meticulous attention to detail is nothing short of brilliant!  Seriously!  When we were initially stumped on how we would provide electricity for sconces on our patio cover support posts, Anthony and his Dad came up with the idea to build and frame little boxes so that the electrical conduit would cleanly come in to provide electricity to the lights.  The miter cuts were perfect and the boxes turned out to be a great solution to our initial dilemma.
The lights are all installed now and they look fantastic.  I would highly recommend City Lights and look forward to using them again in the future for any of our electrical needs.

"I had bought a deal for the motion light on Angie's list. When they arrived, they rudely informed me that they couldn't install the light due to the flagstone on my garage. I understand the reason why but they acted like I should have known that and I was wasting their time. The other option of the deal was to install an outdoor electrical outlet, which I asked them to do. The work was fine but not worth the $90."

"The whole team was so excellent! Nir Gafter is so responsive, and is even willing to come back and repair any issues that arise after the fact. He makes sure that the work is done well and within budget. He is not one to push certain modifications because they would make him more money. He really listens to his customers and creates good relationships. I had to convert a large room into a master bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet, and the work turned out great! I then called Nir again to work on a garage conversion and plan to use him for future projects as well. He has a real eye for design!"

"Zohar and his workers from Best Builders Group designed and implemented a new full kitchen for us that included all the appliances as well as the new floor, lightings, counter top and more…. The actual workers demolished completely the old kitchen and increased the back wall by few feet. They opened up walls to make the house space feel much larger. The workers were very reliable, clean, and professional and they did very high quality work. I felt comfortable trusting them in my house and doing all the work with support beams etc. Very knowledgeable and good group of guys. At the end of each day, Zohar made sure to be at the house OR to send someone to make sure that all the daily tasks have been accomplished. The cabinets were custom made by their cabinet maker so you can have anything done to your specifications. Definitely would trust Best Builders Group for your large important home improvements. You can be sure it is done right. They are pricey, so sometimes that is cost prohibitive for certain small jobs."
