"Wanted an estimate on installing a brand new sliding door and steps leading to the backyard. They arrived late and they presented their products and told me about their warranty. It took about 2 hrs. Very informative. But when it came to giving me their price estimate it was slightly higher than I expected. They didn't want to put in the steps. Told me you can get a handyman for that. When I said no I'm just asking for estimates, they get pushy and keep asking me why I don't just use their company. I said I'm just asking for estimates. Leave your estimate and I'll get back to you. Well he left and didn't leave his estimate."

"It went fine. They removed double sliding patio doors, replaced all wheels on doors and installed new track on bottom. Old track was so bent we could barely move the doors. They now glide easily. At first they were noiseless, but a couple of weeks later they got a little noisy, although they still glide smoothly. This may have been due to pressure put on the door when we later had a safety laminate put on the glass. I wish I'd done it years ago, as the struggle to open & close them was really annoying. <br /> We initially planned to replace the doors, but they're 60 years old, no one makes them any more and it would have cost <strong><em>many</em></strong> thousands of dollars to replace.
