The treatments are also not deathly harmful to my cat or dog. No more fear from my family and neighborhood children and animals touching my lawn with mainstream, poisonous, fertilizers. And, I'm sure I've cut down the amount of chemicals running off my lawn and going into the drainage or neighbor's lawns."

"When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

They are doing well. They come quarterly and they let you know when they're coming and you don't have to babysit at all, just pay the bill and they come and do what they have to do. So, I'm pleased. They got this wonderful thing, x-ray machine that they can see through walls and look for all the places that you might have moisture damage. I'm pleased with what they've done. They are on top of things. I started a year ago in the spring and then this spring, I renewed the contract for another year. I think my house was built on an ant colony, so I've always got problems in my kitchen by my dish washer and wherever they're coming from or whatever. And, if I see them before their routine to come back, I just call them and they come.
