"I called Steve to get a quote to have rock put into my backyard and to have a small retaining wall removed. He showed up earlier than the scheduled date. The estimate was more than reasonable. He was also able to get the job done before scheduled date. His men were very polite and respectful. I had some artificial turf and 10 tons of rock laid. The job was done in 2 days. I highly recommend Absolute Paradis landscaping and would use them again. Dan K"

"They really did a great job with the paver install, beautiful work. However, the synthetic turf install did not go well. While they installed the grass the way we wanted, they came up short in the amount of grass needed, and wound up cutting and installing three large pieces next to the one large piece they had installed. This left unsightly seams, and when I talked to the owner to fix the issue, it took months before any action was taken, and the result was unsatisfactory. The company brought a large piece of turf to replace the bad install, but just left the piece and never returned to finish the job despite my almost weekly calls and emails to the company. I wound up hiring another installer to finish the job which they did perfectly. It seems once this company gets your money, you are out of luck in getting them to respond to any problems that need fixing. They will show up immediately to do an estimate and schedule a job, but that is the extent of their customer service, good to you before the job, and not so good after."
