Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They came out in the rain and tarped my roof, no charge. Afterwards they came back and looked over the damage and they suggested I get in contact with my insurance co.
