They fixed the tuck pointing on our very old, crumbling limestone foundation and installed 3 glass brick windows. Called Ibbotson, and they were able to move my appointment up to the following day. Rich was on time, thorough, and gave us a very good quote. He called to verify stock on the unit we needed, and was able to schedule a team for install the next day. Install team was on time and very professional. They took good care to make sure they didn't damage our house or floors. Advised on everything they were doing, and why it was important. Hauled everything away efficiently. No attempts to upsell to things we didn't request/need. Gave great advice on how to keep the system running smoothly for years. On the one very minor "damage" item (leaked a small amount of oil on driveway), they called my attention to it, cleaned it up with a drying compound, and advised on how to make it gone. They could have ignored this/hoped I wouldn't notice. Appreciate the professionalism. Could not have had a better experience. Great team effort between sales office, estimator, install crew."

"I do not write many reviews. I felt I had to for this company. This gentleman called me and met me at my home the day after I called. He spent 2 hours cleaning the vent from my dryer which snaked up from a second floor laundry room into the attic and then turned horizontally to the back. He also opened up my dryer and removed lint from the inside where I hadn't realized it had been trapped. Total cost was $175. Very much worth it! I would hire again without hesitation."
