Futureproof with Tracers: Think ahead! Run those electrical and plumbing tracers for any future renovations. Thank your past self later! 4. Expert Ears are Golden Ears: Listen to your professionals! "A sinkhole developed in our front lawn overnight. I hired Ashton Bosley, of A-T Solutions, who held himself out to be an "expert" at sinkhole repair. The cost, including sod was $2525. which was in the same ballpark as other estimates I received. Ashton pounded sand into the hole, and one week later it fell in again, and was worse than it was originally. A STERN discussion was required for him to agree it was not fixed correctly, and that clay should have been filled into the hole. He did fix it again, but refused to replace the sod, which was dead at this point, because when the hole collapsed again, they had to rip the sod off to fix the hole. When I texted him about fixing the sod, which was included in his contract, he said I'd have to pay another $455.00 to have it replaced. I'm disappointed that we had to deal with the sinkhole for an additional two weeks, and disappointed that I'm going to have to spend several hundred dollars more to replace the sod."

"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."
