"DO NOT PAY Ernane Siqueira of SL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CORPORATION (Hanes City, Florida) until ALL the job is complete. We paid him $11,500 for a paver job and he never completed it. Several months after paying him in full, our firepit still remains unusable. He also never provided us with a receipt showing the job was paid in full and the warranty period. WHAT A SHAME THAT A MANS WORD AND A HAND SHAKE NO LONGER MEAN ANYTHING. We have given him numerous opportunities to complete the job but we always get an excuse and now we do not even get a response. We researched his company prior to hiring them and found the HOME ADVISOR endorsement. We relied on that endorsement but apparently that no longer carries the weight it used to. We've been in business for almost almost 8 years. However we treat Excellence as life long goal as Excellence Is Our Priority. We remove broken and cracked concrete driveways and or patios and walkways and install beautiful pavers of your choice. We do offer 1 year warranty on the job because We do all the work. Never do we take your project and subcontract it out to someone else, Never. We do a variety of Hardscaping and other things as well. But Whatever we do is with Excellence. This is our outlook and our goal. We want to beautify any area and or project you have.
"The pricing was very good. The lowest I quote I had. The price was lowered initially by the female owner without me even asking. The communication was spotty initially and then non existent at the end. I give it to crew, they had an initial road block. Part of my walk way leading to my house was poured with the initial slab for the house. This made it super thick. The boys tried to chip at it but eventually the boss man had to come up with a new plan. The plan was good and it ended up being the best option. The issue I had was with the details. There was a 2 foot by 2 foot corner area that was done very poorly. By poorly I mean It looked like someone blind measured and did it. I have 2 to 3 inch gaps where the house meets the pavers. I have a down spout that is piped underground that had the same gaps. Instead of measuring and cutting pavers to spec, they just decided to used the pavers they already had. Because the pavers are set dimensions it left huge gaps that when you see it you just shake your head. The rest of the area is good but not above average. Some pavers are already starting to become unlevel. The portion was the last part in the day and it was getting dark. Because of this I believe they didn't want to cut pavers and just plopped the ones they had resulting in a ****** job. This allowed them to be done in one day and not come out another time. The issue is when I addressed this with the female owner she assured me it would be fixed. After 4 attempts which included 2 no call no shows I stopped asking them to fix it. Having little things to fix is very common but the great companies fix any to most issues after a job is done. At this point I already payed them in full so the urgency wasn't there. In the end I found out that the owners, a couple, were split and this ultimately affected the communication. The wife would quote and be the middle man and the husband, along with a crew would do the work. Because their personal relationship wasn't good it in the end resulted in poor communication and a job that still has issues needed to be addressed. I wouldn't recommend this company due to the personal side of their relationship affecting the business side. The information about the relationship was told to me by the wife herself which I thought was unprofessional."

- All In One Pavers services all of Brevard County! We install pavers in any area the customer might want. No job too small or too large, however we do have a $1500.00 minimum. We accept cash, checks and debit cards. When using Visa, Master Card, Discover or Capital One a 3% convenience fee will be charged. Corporate Cards will be charged a 4% convenience fee. We do not accept American Express. When signing a contract a 50% deposit is required. An estimate showing the deposit is emailed to customer and a final invoice is also emailed. The final payment is expected on the day of installation or within a 5-day period. A Notice to Owner will be mailed to customers either by manufacturers or All In One Pavers and a Release of Liens will be provided upon final payment.
