"Stay away from this company and affiliated businesses like Daley Masonry! Michael Mulder influence's he's affiliated partners to act unethical and lack integrity on delivering good craftsmanship. The owner Michael Mulder doesn’t care about your property and will damage it from his own work and charge you for fixing it. He will try to foreclose on your home and sue you on top of it! Michael will not take responsibility or even give you an apology when his work is improper and delivers poor craftsmanship. He destroyed my backyard by one of the biggest walls collapsing on site. 8 months later and he still refuses to fix it even though it is under warranty. Michael Mulder is unethical, unprofessional & shady. He want us to pay for his unauthorized and unsigned charges before he does any warranty work. It feels like extortion and fraud!
