"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. "I recently Hired MR Jonathan to repair damage that was done to my garage. He repaired the walls, removed all the cracked and damage concrete and placed down new concrete and repainted the entire garage. He did a great job and finished a week early. Very respectful and very polite. A little hard to get a hold of at times but I understand due to the business. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again."

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
