"We highly recommend James Peck Landscaping. He did a total landscaping of our large front and back yard that had both been reduced to dirt and weeds after a year-long construction. We got bids from several companies including a couple of the big outfits. James Peck's designs were by far the most detailed and thoughtful, taking into account of exactly what we were looking for and how we would actually be using specific the spaces. He was not the cheapest bid, but he was giving us so much more than anyone else and worked with us to get down to within our budget (such as using smaller plants). In the end, we think we got far better value than if we had gone with the low bid. After signing the contract Mr. Peck stayed in regular contact throughout the design process and then supervised every aspect of the installation personally. Because he owns his own nursery and grows most of the plants he installs, he was able to make changeouts up to and even during installation. His crew was professional and everyone had clearly worked for him for long enough that they knew what he expected. The outcome was not just stunning, it was transformative. "Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise.
