"Horrible. Poor communication and Customer service. Justin came out did estimate, I explained I wanted the whole level of my home done. And the 2 rooms that had some holes in the walls he said No problem that could get fixed than painted. No nothing of what we talked about was communicated to his painter. I should of seen the Red Flags at the beginning when I couldn't get a hold of his wife and I left messages, because I was having carpet put in as well and I had to plan accordingly. I finally did talk to her she said we know you wanted it dont toward end of week I said yes but I would like to know exact date and time ahead , She said okay will call you. No call til the day before at 5pm by the painter, saying he will be their at 8am. Im like wait I have carpet guys here. Red flag warning nothing gets done what Justin says, because painter knew only 2 doors on level floor just a mess. Red flag warning!"
