We paid to get a $75 roof inspection with the intentions that we'd get the sun room roof and then entire house roof done by this company. The gentleman who came to do the inspection acted like he just wanted to get it over with. He was fixated on the one spot in the sun room where we already knew was was issues and didn't want to bother looking at the rest of the roof. He actually gave my husband looks as though he was an idiot for buying the house.
