"Jonas was excellent, professional, on time or early. He removed the slab in our home to find the broken pipe."

"After Hurricane Helene, our backyard was completely destroyed—grass wiped out, ground shifted, and constant flooding every time it rained. We spoke with multiple contractors, but none came close to the professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness we received from Leslie Monroy and the team at Englewood Hardscaping, LLC. Leslie proposed a smart and effective drainage and grading solution at a very fair price and was able to schedule the work quickly. Within days, the crew was on-site, and they completely transformed our backyard. Their work was not only high-quality and efficient, but their communication was excellent from start to finish. Englewood Hardscaping consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Of all the contractors we’ve had to work with in the aftermath of the hurricane, none have been as professional, reliable, or pleasant as this team. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and can’t recommend them highly enough."

"Nico is the most professional contractor I have worked with in years. He shows up on time, does excellent work with great attention to detail, and thoroughly cleans the area at the end of the job. He removed about 40sq ft of concrete and then hauled in clean fill dirt. I will definitely be asking him to do more work in the future. First class and five stars all the way, a job well done!"

“My name is Roberto Ramirez, and I run ANJ Concrete Services LLC—a family-driven business built on hard work, quality craftsmanship, and doing right by every client.”

"SOD WAS LAYED QUICKLY. WORKERS MOSTLY SPOKE SPANISH SO SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE, HOWEVER, THEY WORKED TIRELESSLY UNTIL THEY WERE DONE. WHEN INSTALLING THE PLANTS, THEY WERE NOT AS GOOD AT THIS, NOT THEIR FORTE. THEY COMPLAINED A LOT ABOUT HOW HARD IT WAS TO DO THE PLANTINGS. DURING BOTH JOBS THEY DRANK BEER DURING THEIR BREAKS AND LEFT THE BEER BOTTLES IN OUR BACK YARD OR IN THE NEIGHBORS."

"It went very well! Jay kept in touch, letting us know when he and his crew would arrive, and good communication is so important to us. And then they did a great job removing gravel from an area that will become a flower bed for pollinators. Thanks, guy!!"

"We are extremely pleased with the work Impact Solutions did. They were punctual, courteous, and very neat. They went above and beyond in meeting our expectations. I would highly recommend them for any concrete or outdoor project and will be definitely using them in the future."

"They arrived on schedule.  Removed a beaten down treadmill from the bedroom and through a hall to the front door.  The hall has two turns, with very little clearance for the treadmill (I estimate two inches on each side).  Taking great care, they did not scratch the walls at any time, and before we knew it the old treadmill was in their truck.  Both of the crew were friendly, and pleasant to deal with.

"We had a small issue at first, but it was quickly resolved. The owner himself, Mr. Eli, went above and beyond to ensure the matter was taken care of, and with a quickness! We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We'll definitely use them again in the future, and we will recommend them to our family and friends. Honest plumbers are very hard to find, and we're so happy we found EB Plumbing Services - Mr. Eddie Rivera and Mr. Eli Betancourt are the best :)"
