They had to replace all of the drywall, and I learned that the builder never secured the electrical outlets on part of my wall, so Nicolas made sure that he secured the outlets prior to installing the drywall. All I can say is now I have an absolutely beautiful backsplash, impeccably installed! They were on time, cleaned up after the job was finished, and are coming back to apply a second coat of sealant in a week, all part of the quoted price, which was extremely reasonable :-). "Last January 2 rows of tile in our living room buckled up. I called several tile contractors, all wanted to rip up our entire floor (whole house has tile floors!). Found The Groutsmith. The owner came and assured us his men could make the repair. We were thrilled. When we had the same problem in a different room last week, again the owner came out and gave us a fair estimate. His tech is great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Once again he made the repair which normally takes 2 days, but when he saw the adhesive was not completely set on day 2, he decided the right thing to do was to come back on day 3 to complete the work. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are honest, hard working people who treat their customers right!"
