"I chose Best Home Services for my project. All of the representatives that I had any contact with were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job that I had ordered from them. Brian was very respectful and explained what was going to be done in reference to the new tankless water heater system being installed. I talked to him on one day and set up an installation date for the next day. On that day Scott and Ray showed up for the installation of my new system. Both Scott and Ray were very respectful and knowledgeable about the job that they were going to do. They worked very well as a team even though the space they had to work in was very small. Ray was the plumber and Scott was the electrician. They took their turns in the small space and worked it out so that the job was done in a very timely manner. I am very Happy with the service and the results of the representatives of Best Home Services. "We had a repair completed in August by another air conditioning company. They recommended a repair that would have cost an additional $3,100. After 3 phone calls to the other company and no response, we received a flyer in the mail for Southern Comfort One Hour. We contacted Southern Comfort One Hour and agreed to a maintenance contract. The technician recommended we consider a new air conditioner. We agreed and the meeting with their sales professional was great. He offered a system with a great warranty, efficiency rating, and air cleaning system (Both my wife and I have allergies). In addition, the price of the system was a great value and they installed it the next day! The installers noted some inefficiencies in the duct-work of the old system and corrected them to improve the airflow of the new installation. Great work and very professional staff."

"When our heater/air conditioner quit working in early January, another company, with whom we have had a service contract for many years, said the problem was a bad motherboard. They said they would need to order a new one and the repair would be done in 2-3 weeks. After four weeks, with no heat in the dead of a FL winter, we called and learned that the motherboard was now on back-order until April. So, we called Mason for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a sensor in the wall unit, and not the motherboard in the exterior unit. They had the repair done in less than 24 hours. We canceled out service contract with the other company and will use Mason Air Conditioning and Heating in the future. They did the repair correctly, promptly, courteously, and at a reasonable price. They were excellent in all respects."
